This policy explains how Two Tone Lab handles information collected through this website, our appointment calendar, and our contact form.

Information you provide

When you book, we collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle make, model and year, chosen service, and appointment date and time. When you contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number, and message. Please do not include payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information in your message. This website does not collect payment information or process payments.

How we use it

We use these details to reserve your appointment, discuss your vehicle and service, respond to questions, send confirmations, handle changes, and maintain service records. We also use limited request information to prevent duplicate submissions, abuse, and double-booking. Submitting either form is not a marketing subscription.

Service providers and sharing

Form submissions are stored in a private database and are accessible to the studio. We use hosting and database providers to operate the website, and Resend to send transactional email. Contact and booking notifications are delivered to the studio’s Gmail inbox. These providers process information needed to provide their services.

Booking emails include an iCalendar attachment with the appointment, service and vehicle details. If you import it into Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, or another calendar, that provider handles the event under its own privacy practices. The website does not publish a public customer calendar.

We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the studio, or the security of the service.

Website data and cookies

Our hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, access times and error logs to operate and secure the website. This site does not currently include advertising trackers or an analytics integration. Your browser may cache images and video to improve loading. The booking form keeps its current state in browser memory rather than saving your form details to local storage.

Retention and security

Contact messages, bookings and notification records are retained for responding to inquiries, managing services, resolving issues and meeting applicable recordkeeping requirements. Retention depends on the type of record and why it is needed. You can contact us to ask about a record or request deletion.

We use access restrictions and service-provider security controls to help protect information. No website, email service, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Please contact us if you believe information has been sent or accessed in error.

Your choices

You may call or email instead of submitting a form. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided, contact us below. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where necessary for legal obligations or an ongoing service. Available rights depend on the laws that apply to your situation.
